The security intake form is a restricted page sent directly to clients following execution of a signed statement of work. It is not publicly linked or accessible from site navigation. It is used to collect organizational context — including information about technology environments, security posture, and operational practices — to inform a New Day Portfolio engagement.
What Is Collected
- Organizational and contact information provided by the client representative
- Information about the client's technology environment, systems, and infrastructure
- Information about current security practices, tools, and known concerns
- Any additional context the client chooses to provide
How It Is Used
Information submitted through the security intake is used exclusively to prepare and conduct the client's engagement with New Day Portfolio. It informs discovery, assessment, and delivery work performed under the signed agreement.
How It Is Protected
Security intake submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems available only to authorized New Day Portfolio personnel assigned to the engagement. This information is treated as strictly confidential and is never shared with any third party.
A Note on Credentials
New Day Portfolio will never request credentials of any kind through any form or communication channel — including passwords, authentication codes, API keys, or access tokens. Clients must not enter credentials of any kind into any New Day Portfolio form. If an engagement requires credential exchange, New Day Portfolio will arrange a secure and dedicated channel for that purpose.
The staff hours intake system is a restricted internal tool available only to authorized New Day Portfolio staff. It is not publicly linked or accessible.

- Hours submission data — including date, hours worked, engagement or project, and any notes included in the submission
How It Is Used
- Authenticating authorized staff members
- Recording and tracking hours submissions for internal operational and billing purposes
